RETURN POLICY

Returns
We hope that you are delighted with our product. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed, usually within 5 working days after we have received your returned package.

The costs for returning the products are for the buyer, except when the delivery was incomplete, incorrect, or had defects. Please ensure that you keep a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage until we have completed the replacement or made the refund, in case it is necessary to prove that the package was returned to us, for example in the unlikely event that we did not receive the returned package.

Unless the product was faulty, we are unable to accept packages that have a broken safety seal. If you require a refund, this will be made within 14 days after we have received the returned goods, provided that the products are unused and undamaged, and are returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be made against the original credit card used or will be refunded on your bank account.

We recommend that the original box is used for shipping, if possible. Otherwise, please make sure all items are properly packed, to prevent any damage.
