Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping within The Netherlands for packages over €50. We offer affordable and standard flat rate shipping costs for all other countries. Your order will be shipped with the standard service of PostNL, and will include track & trace if it contains one or more of our 30 ml bottles.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours. You will receive an email once your order is processed.

Track & Trace: if your order is sent by Track & Trace you can follow the parcel.

Within The Netherlands you will usually receive your parcel within 2 business days after we have processed your order.

For the other countries in the European Union it will usually take 3-4 business days.

Shipment to the United States usually takes 7-12 business days.

If you would like to use priority (UPS) shipping, please select this option at checkout. This option is only possible for countries outside the European Union.


Is Combray suitable for my skin type?

Combray is suitable for all skin types. Combray is also suitable for the hypersensitive skin and if you have other skin problems. Search your needs in the webshop. Which Combray Facial Oil is suitable for me?

I have a(n) (extremely) sensitive skin. Can I use Combray in the morning and evening?

Combray is suitable for all skin types. If you have had any make-up or skin allergies or irritation in the past, we advise you to do a skin patch test first. Since there is a generous amount of Oxofulleram present in Combray your skin might need some time to get used to it. Start testing as following: apply a drop of Combray on the inside of your elbow. Rub it into the skin thoroughly. Allow the product to stay on the skin for 24 hours. If there was no skin reaction you can use Combray on your face. Start by using Combray once a day and slowly increase to two times a day. Do you have any questions? Our customer service can advise you.

How do I store Combray?

Antioxidants may lose their effect slowly under the influence of light. Therefore it is best to store the bottle in a cool, dry and dark place. During its shelf life, Combray is completely stable with optimal effectiveness.

Can I use another product in addition to Combray?

All you need is a mild cleanser, Combray and a good UV block, nothing else. Combray replaces day/night creams, eye creams and serums. To experience the full effect of Combray we advice you to only use Combray (and a UV block).

Can I use Combray under my eyes?

Yes, Combray is suitable for your whole skin, so also for the sensitive skin under your eyes. Take care that it does not get into your eyes.

Does Combray contain SPF?

No, Combray does not contain SPF (sun protection factor). We do not believe skin care products should contain SPF. Obviously, we advise you to use a SPF when going outside. Combray contains oil and due to the oil the penetration of sunlight into your skin will increase. We recommend you to use a SPF throughout the year as soon as you go outdoors.

Can I use Combray before sunbathing?

Do not apply Combray before (prolonged) exposure to the sun without the use of an adequate UV sunblock as it is an oil-based formulation, and oils can intensify the sun’s rays on your skin. So, if you are going to the beach we discourage using Combray in the morning. Just use a good sunblock with a high SPF. After spending the day in the sun you can replenish your antioxidants by using Combray.

What is a good SPF in combination with Combray?

We are in favor of a sunscreen that is as natural as possible with as few ingredients as possible and with a high factor, for example factor 30 or 50.

My skin has to get used to Combray, is that possible?

It may be that you experience the positive effects of Combray directly and that your skin will become more radiant, the fine lines and pigmentation spots will disappear, and wrinkles will diminish. But it may also be that Combray takes some time getting used to.

If you have been using other products for a long time, it may be that your skin first needs ‘resetting’. In these cases, your skin is used to other ingredients, including for example perfumes and other additives, and it may take some time to absorb Combray. This may take one to two weeks.

I have a shop, perfumery, beauty salon, spa or dermatological / cosmetic institute and would like to sell Combray. Is this possible?

Does Combray perform tests on animals?

No, we certainly do not test on animals. We also do not sell Combray in countries where animals may be tested.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are completely vegan.

Will my data be treated confidentially?

Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be sold or rented. In order to complete your registration we need your name, email address, and phone number. For processing your online order we need your billing address, shipping address and payment details. If necessary, this information will be shared with a payment partner to check your order. However, it is also possible to place an order as a guest.
